We built a framework for the managers who were going to help the company grow into a bigger multi-site operation, with specific focus on reviewing business performance in a structured and consistent way, with accountability and follow up.

Using simple but effective techniques we worked with the five operations managers looking after 37 sites nationwide. We created positive behavioural changes and growth in sales of over 20%, despite tough trading conditions.
